Amneal Pharmaceauticals
Horseblock Road, NYDoshi Engineering took on the significant responsibility of providing comprehensive professional services for Amneal Pharmaceuticals, Inc.’s building, which spans an impressive 350,000 square feet. This state-of-the-art facility was designed for GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) usage, ensuring the highest standards of pharmaceutical manufacturing.
In our collaboration with Amneal Pharmaceuticals, Inc., our expert team covered a diverse range of fields, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, sprinkler, and fire alarm systems. For the mechanical systems, we meticulously designed and implemented advanced HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) solutions to maintain precise temperature and humidity control essential for pharmaceutical production.
Our electrical services ensured a reliable and robust power distribution system, including lighting, electrical panels, and emergency backup solutions, to support critical operations. We also incorporated sophisticated plumbing systems to guarantee a seamless supply of water and efficient waste management.
Safety being paramount, our team provided cutting-edge sprinkler systems and fire alarm solutions to safeguard the building, its occupants, and valuable pharmaceutical assets from potential fire hazards.
At Doshi Engineering, we take great pride in contributing our expertise to the success of projects like the Amneal Pharmaceuticals building. Our commitment to excellence ensures that pharmaceutical facilities meet stringent regulations and maintain optimal conditions for safe and efficient manufacturing processes.
Adello Biologics : Adello Suite 5
440 S Dearborn St #300, Chicago, IL 60616At Doshi Engineering, we took on the challenging task of designing a state-of-the-art cleanroom facility for the manufacturing of bio-similar products, adhering to strict ISO Class 6, 7, and 8 cleanroom standards. Our comprehensive design encompassed new HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and sprinkler systems, ensuring a controlled and sterile environment for the various critical areas within the space.
For the cleanroom, we meticulously planned and installed the HVAC system, which plays a crucial role in maintaining the required temperature, humidity, and air cleanliness levels. The electrical system was carefully designed to provide reliable power supply to the manufacturing equipment and lighting fixtures, while also accommodating the specific electrical needs of each functional area.
To support the cleanroom’s operation, we devised a well-designed plumbing system to provide a consistent supply of water and efficient waste management. Additionally, we installed a sophisticated sprinkler system to enhance the facility’s fire safety.
The space was thoughtfully divided into various functional areas, including syringe fill rooms, vial fill rooms, vestibules, staging areas, dispensing
areas, gowning and degowning areas, material press rooms, sterile staging areas, parts washer component preparation rooms, formulation rooms, germicidal prep rooms, booting rooms, and a clear utility mechanical room.
Our meticulous attention to detail and expertise in cleanroom design ensured that the facility met the stringent requirements of bio-similar manufacturing. The final result was a cutting-edge cleanroom facility that provides a controlled and sterile environment, essential for the production of high-quality bio-similar products. At Doshi Engineering, we take pride in delivering solutions that exceed expectations and contribute to the success of critical projects like this one.
